Any returns received not in compliance with our return policy will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Please read return information below before submitting a return.
Beach Babe will happily accept any returns for a refund (minus return fees) within 14 days of the order date for any swimsuit that was sold at full price. *Pre-order items must be returned within 14 days of the ship date. All returned swimsuits for a refund must be in its original packaging, along with hygiene liners and original hang tags still attached.
Beach Babe under no circumstances will accept any returns past our set 14 day return time frame.
Exchanges and Store Credit,
Beach Babe will happily accept store credit or an *exchange within 14 days of the order date for any swimsuit that’s full priced, discounted, purchased on a sale, BOGO Sales or using a promotional code of 25% or more - Please note: this excludes items marked FINAL SALE at checkout. All returned swimsuits for an exchange or store credit must be in its original packaging, along with hygiene liners and original hang tags still attached. Beach Babe under no circumstances will accept any returns past our set 14 day return time frame.
Items sent back for a different size or style that is no longer available will be issued store credit. Full priced Items that are being exchanged for a different style with a price difference, will be sent an invoice for the remainder via email.
Please note: Customers willing to exchange sale items must only exchange for items of the same price.

Black Friday sales are also final with an exception of an exchange for same suit different size, IF size is available.
Condition of a Returned Swimsuit,
Swimsuits that are being returned for a refund, exchange or store credit must be sent back in sellable condition. Due to health regulations, Beach Babe will not accept returned swimsuits with stains or odors such as deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume or smoke. Suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Beach Babe Swimwear's discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled and not sellable, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Do you accept international returns?
International orders are not eligible for free return shipping. Please email us to return international order.
What if I received a damaged item?
Defective items must be reported to customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
How do I care for my bikini?
To keep your new bikini in the best condition we recommend that you avoid sitting on or up against rough surfaces - keep a towel handy and keep your bum comfy! After a dip in the ocean or pool, rinse bikinis off with freshwater. This keeps your suits looking vibrant. Swimwear is not made to be thrown in the washing machine. Instead, hand wash your bikini with mild soap in cold water. Most of our colors will not bleed but to be safe please do not mix light and dark colors while washing. Line dry or dry flat, do not wring, twist, or iron. Always avoid contact with oils, sunscreen, and heavily chlorinated pools.
Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once placed as processing begins immediately.
We do not offer price adjustments.
